Question of the week
" I'm trying to find out who I should talk to about starting a GBLT cable television network, you know all queer 24 hours 7 days a week programming, a true revolution GBLT television, I don't see one on my TV and its time we did, so can you tell me who I can talk to about making it a reality. "

In 1982, Carol Gilligan rocked the world with "In A Different Voice," a book that started an intellectual revolution by showing how theories of human psychology had overlooked and/or ignored the experience of women. Now she's written a brilliant new book based on her research on relationships between men and women, titled "The Birth of Pleasure." Join us for a too-brief visit with one of the most brilliantly insightful women of our time.
One of America's most distinguished writers and teachers in the field of psychology, Carol Gilligan was named by Time magazine in 1996 as one of America's 25 most influential people for her work on gender and psychology.
A member of the Harvard Faculty for 34 years, her award-winning research led to the creation of Harvard's first professorship in Gender studies and the founding of the Harvard Center for Gender and Education.
