(PFC)
An effective political lobbying and educational organization, which campaigns to achieve equal civil rights and liberties for all transgendered people in the United Kingdom, through legislation and social change.
Remembering Our Dead A record of those trans sisters and brothers torn from our hearts. Also the focus of organizing for the National Transgender Day of Remembrance.
National Center for Transgender Equality
(NCTE)
A social justice organization dedicated to advocating for the equality of transgender people. NCTE was founded in 2003 by transgender activists who saw the urgent need for a consistent, empowering and collaborative voice in Washington DC for transgender people.
GID Reform "An information resource for medical policymakers, mental health professionals, caregivers, scholars, researchers, students, human rights advocates, and members of the transgender, bisexual, lesbian and gay communities and their allies who advocate reform of the psychiatric classification of gender diversity as mental disorder."
Gender Public Advocacy Coalition
(GPAC)
GenderPAC is a national political action organizing and advisory committee that originated from the transgender community, but is now growing to include the women's, GLBT and related communities. Conducts national-level lobbying on behalf of gender, affectional, and racial equality.
National Transgender Advocacy Coalition
(NTAC)
A federal-level lobbying organization working "proactively to reform societal attitudes and the law to achieve equal rights for the transgendered and other gender diverse individuals."
