  Transgender Health

The World Professional Association For Transgender Health Formerly known as The Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association (HBIGDA), "a professional organization devoted to the understanding and treatment of gender identity disorders". Establishes Standards of Care for the treatment of "gender identity disorders".
Ingersoll Center A non-profit service agency since 1977, with therapists working under contract, each of whom has extensive experience in the field of gender identity counseling and related fields.
Trans Care Project A collection of high quality training materials and practice guidelines for clinicians (in BC, Canada) who are already "trans-positive" but lack the clinical knowledge necessary to effectively work with the transgender community.
Health Care Guide for Trans Men An electronic book generously made available for free (in Office and PDF versions). Titled Medical Therapy and Health Maintenance for Transgender Men: A Guide For Health Care Providers, by R. Nick Gorton MD, Jamie Buth MD, and Dean Spade Esq

The International Journal of Transgenderism The first scientific journal on transgenderism, peer reviewed with an editorial board of many leading scientists from all over the world. Published quarterly and updated with new articles during the quarter.

Gender Management Services Clinic (Boston) At the Children's Hospital in Boston, this new clinic treats transgender and intersex children. "the first major program in the country that is not only treating DSDs [disorders of sexual differentiation], but also welcoming young people who appear to be transgendered and are considering medical protocols that might help them."
Dimensions (SF) "Low-cost health services for queer, transgender and questioning youth ages 12 to 25."
Broadway Youth Center (Chicago) "addressing the comprehensive health care needs of people in the LGBT community"
Mazzoni Health Center (Philadelphia) LGBT health center providing a full range of health care services, from primary care to housing.
Whitman-Walker Clinic (Washington, DC) A non-profit community-based health organization serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region.
