Initiatives of Change A global network open to people of all nationalities, cultures, religions, and beliefs, who work towards change, locally and globally, starting with change in their own lives. Formerly known as MRA, this network has been active on every continent for over 60 years.
Right Wing Watch By People for the American Way, "an energetic advocate for the values and institutions that sustain a diverse democratic society."
Girls, Inc. "Girls Incorporated is a national nonprofit youth organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. With roots dating to 1864, Girls Inc has provided vital educational programs to millions of American girls, particularly those in high-risk, underserved areas. Off Our Backs off our backs is a newsjournal by, for, and about women. It has been published continuously since 1970, making it the longest surviving feminist newspaper in the United States.

Institute for Public Accuracy "IPA increases the reach and capacity of progressive and grassroots organizations (at no cost to them) to affect public policy by getting them and their ideas into the mainstream media. NAACP The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is the oldest, largest and strongest Civil Rights Organization in the United States.
Alternatives to Marriage Project A national organization for unmarried people, providing support and information to people who choose not to marry, are prevented from marrying, or are among the majority of people who live together before marriage. ATMP works for greater understanding and acceptance of unmarried people.
