We talked with Michael about CLIP's defeat of Colorado's infamous Amendment 2 in a struggle that spanned years and ended with victory in the US Supreme Court. We also talked about the climate for gender-diverse people in Colorado, as well as some current court cases and legislative efforts.
The Colorado Legal Initiatives Project (website www.clipcolorado.net) maintains a hotline for legal referrals at 303-282-6524 or 877-372-CLIP. While they primarily make referrals within Colorado, thay are also interested in hearing from legal service providers outside of Colorado who would like to be on their referral list.

68:25 Jessie Shafer, Board Member of Denver's Gender Identity Center, GenderPAC and Equal Rights Colorado.
