00:00 Introduction
13:09 Question of the Week
Question: "I'm a crossdresser and my feelings about this part of me have changed DRAMATICALLY in the last year or so, to the point where I think I need to talk to someone to help my focus on what I'm doing and where I'm going. Just how does one go about finding qualified, discreet professional help?"
(from Laura Brooks in West Roxbury, MA)
23:01 Hal Fuller's Twisted Nasty News
33:28 Cheris Kramerae, who works and teaches at the University of Oregon Center for the Study of Women in Society, is co-editor of the new Routledge International Encyclopedia of Women. This massive work provides reference information on a broad range of topics related to women, and women's concepts, practices and issues across the globe, including an excellent section on trangenderism written by Sandy Stone. We talked with Cheris about the Encyclopedia, and also about her field of specialty, women and technology.
