Why is there so much secrecy and hush-hush around expressing your fears and doubts (a) About your transition? (b) About going on with and having S.R.S.? It has been my personal experience that expressing these fears and doubts has led people to conclude and express that, well if you have any doubts then you're not (and I hate this) a true transsexual. Gay marriage is probably the most visible GLBT issue of the day, and rightly so, as it represents the leading indicator of the degree to which GLBT persons are viewed as legitimate members of our society. Anne Stanback, president of Connecticut's "Love Makes a Family", joins us to talk about why this issue is so important, and what is currently happening. Anne is a former director of feminist non profits, and a long time lesbian feminist activist.
