Question of the Week
"I'm an FTM in a relationship with a biomale, and I'm feeling kind of invisible when I listen to gender talk. I hear lots of stories from MTF's in relationship with bio women or FTM's with bio women, but less about other configurations."

Since the late 1980s, the International Foundation for Gender Education has been the only organization hosting a trans-staffed help line where anyone wresting with gender issues - especially crossdressing and transsexualism - can call for personal help. Denise Leclair, IFGE executive director, talks with us about her current efforts to change the way transgenders are depicted in textbooks, and about what it's like to work for IFGE.
