91:09 This year has been an enormously positive one for legislative protections for freedom of gender expression and identity, with more yet to come. Lisa Mottet, Legislative Lawyer for the Transgender Civil Rights Project at the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, talks about recent legislation both federal and state. Lisa helps trans activists and allies to pass laws and ordinances prohibiting discrimination based on gender identity and expression at the local, state, and federal level. She has also worked on making shelters safer for transgender folks, including those escaping hurricane Katrina.
