This year has been an enormously positive one for legislative protections for freedom of gender expression and identity, with more yet to come. Lisa Mottet,
Legislative Lawyer for the Transgender Civil Rights Project at the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, talks about recent legislation both federal and state.
