60:02 Victoria Willow, vice president of the Transsexual Emergency Shelter project, tells us about the new emergency shelter that is opening in the U.S. southeast for transgender persons who find themselves in an emergency situation. Opening soon in Macon, Mississippi, it will be open to TS, TG, TG no-op, pre-op, and post-ops from anywhere in the southeast who find themselves in an emergency situation, and provide a transitional shelter and development programs to aid each resident in their personal needs.
